Ketentuan Pemesanan

Pesan

• Harga yang tercantum di website adalah harga perdesign.
• Pemesanan di bawah jumlah minimal dapat kami layani dengan extra charge.
• Untuk memulai produksi kami membutuhkan uang muka sebesar 50% dari total pesanan Anda.
• Pelunasan 50% dilakukan saat pekerjaan selesai sebelum file design dikirimkan.
• Waktu ideal pengerjaan order adalah 2-10 hari kerja.
• Klien akan dikenakan biaya Rp. 10.000,-/revisi jika melebihi batas ketentuan revisi design.
• Untuk orderan yang telah selesai dan tidak di lunasi atau tidak ada respon dalam waktu lebih dari 3 bulan di anggap batal dan DP (down payment) yang telah di bayarkan dinyatakan hangus.
• Kami akan mengirim preview desain dalam format file jpg/png/pdf dan penawaran fix price kepada Anda sebelum produksi dimulai.

Pembatalan Order

Jika satu dan lain hal yang mendesak menyebabkan Anda harus melakukan pembatalan order setelah membayar uang muka, maka kami akan membebankan cancel fee. Adapun cancel fee yang kami terapkan adalah sebesar:
– 25% dari total order jika pembatalan dilakukan sebelum 24 jam terhitung sejak DP dilakukan.
– 50% dari total order jika pembatalan dilakukan setelah 24 jam terhitung sejak DP dilakukan.
